Inspirational Verse
Matthew 18:12: How think ye? If a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

What Inspired Me
When I was creating this art, I really wanted to bring in the essence of this verse. I couldn’t help but pair it with one of my favorite verses in Isaiah that reads, “All we like sheep have gone astray..”

We all have gone astray, and yet, He never stops looking for us and loving us. Knowing this has always brought me peace and comfort.

I really wanted to portray these emotions of peace and serenity. I decided to go with a neutral palette that would induce feelings of calmness all while making it fit the minimalist look of so many modern homes today.

I partnered this palette with a vast amount of open space that is meant to portray the enormity of the love that Jesus offers you and me. Often referred to as “negative space” by interior designers, this open space also gives it the high-end feel that can transform your home.

LOVE!!! It’s exactly as described and is a beautiful piece to add to our collection.

Would not consider this high end

I was so excited and thrilled to get this art work and opened it immediately upon delivery. I was sadly underwhelmed. I got the 24x36 with the gold frame, so a large image. The print size did not favor the image. It was blurry and looked cheap close up. Had I seen this at an art festival or farmers market or something I would have passed. I expected more based on how it was marketed and for the price. From afar it looks great but up close even the sheep leg looks kinda pixelated a little. I love what the image represents and the idea behind the work, but it could have been executed much better in my opinion. I really dislike feeling this way about it because I want to love it but feel a little bamboozled.
