Returns
Customers are responsible for all returns. Returns must arrive to our warehouse within 30 days of the order date. Our warehouse address is 2052 West 700 South Unit F, Springville, Utah United States. We accept returns, but all returns must be received at our warehouse within the timelines below:
- Within 30 days of order date: full refund
- 31–45 days from order date: refund minus 35% restocking fee
- After 45 days: returns are not accepted
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and returns lost in transit.
We recommend shipping returns early, as delivery times can vary.
