I received my order in pristine condition. It was just as beautiful as I was expecting. My husband and I hung it above a tall cabinet. We chose to place a picture light above it. I just love it. Our first guests to see it are an engaged man and woman that immediately asked where I purchased it from. Saying it was their desire to fill their upcoming home together with Christian art work.
The frame is sturdy and so is the stretcher for the canvas. I appreciate that it was ready to hang.

Does not stand behind product

I bought 4 canvases totaling around $1,300 and was thrilled with my product.

For the 5th canvas I ordered The Protector in a 20” x 30” portrait style for my mom for Christmas. It came with some of the picture missing on both sides and the entire top half was blank. I knew right away something was wrong. I wish I could upload a picture for everyone to see. I was so excited to give this to my mother and was very disappointed when she opened the box.

The customer service dept sent an RA and I sent it back and they sent a new one. The 2nd canvas came back exactly the same way. There’s NO DISCLAIMER saying if you order these dimensions the picture may not look the same on any of the ordering page or FAQ section. I even offered to have them send it in landscape even though for my space, portrait would have been preferred.

I was told if I wanted a refund that now I must send it back on my dime and that is my only option.

SO sad because I would have been a customer for life.

MAKE SURE IF YOU CHOOSE A DIMENSION SIMILAR TO MINE YOU GET A PROOF. Wish they had offered that to begin with.
